The Clinique Arago is a nationally-renowned establishment of excellence specialising in orthopaedic surgery and is looking for :

DIRECTOR OF CARE (M/F)

This is a permanent position to contribute to our corporate project, which aims to achieve operational excellence, performance and quality of life in the workplace:

You will optimise the organisation and implementation of nursing care and lead, supervise and manage all care services. You will also contribute to the efficiency of the admissions policy and the patient pathway, and take part in innovative projects.

MISSIONS :

- Optimise patient flow
- Ensure continuity of care and guarantee its quality
- Manage care teams
- Play an active role in all the company's projects

PROFILE :

- Master's 2 or management school in a medical environment and nursing diploma
- Perfect command of care techniques
- First experience of team and project management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good command of office automation tools

WORKING CONDITIONS :

- Full-time, all-day working, executive status, member of the Executive Committee
- RTT; 6th week's holiday after 2 years' service
- 13th month's salary
- Profit-sharing bonus
